Welcome to Texas Body Art. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide at our studio in Houston, Texas. By using this site or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued photo ID to receive a tattoo or piercing from us. We provide services to minors only where permitted by Texas law and with the required parental consent and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Appointments & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment and is applied toward the final cost of your work.
• Deposits are forfeited for no-shows, or for cancellations and reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice.
• Please arrive on time, well-rested, and having eaten. Arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Consultations & Custom Designs

Consultations are free. Custom artwork is created specifically for you and is typically reviewed at or just before your appointment. Minor adjustments are part of the process, but significant redesigns may require an additional session or fee.

Health, Safety & Aftercare

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy that may affect your procedure or healing. Following our aftercare instructions is essential. We are not liable for results affected by failure to follow aftercare guidance or by your individual healing characteristics.

Nature & Permanence of Services

Tattoos are permanent and piercings carry inherent risks. Healed results vary from person to person and can be affected by skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Colors and fine details may soften over time, and touch-ups may be recommended.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, photographs, and website content are the property of Texas Body Art and our artists unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media; tell us in writing if you'd prefer we don't.

Merchandise & Sales

Merchandise and gift cards are subject to availability. Sales of services, deposits, and custom work are final except as required by law.

Website Use

This website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no guarantees and may change its content at any time. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Body Art is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our services are also provided under the consent and waiver forms you sign in studio, which form part of our agreement with you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
